Our in home care programs provide assistance with daily living to seniors who need it. The scope of assistance varies, and can be anything from a few hours of company per week to full time care for a bedridden individual.

These programs are designed to help seniors with their activities of daily living, to keep them in their homes and comfortable as long as safely possible.

Providing care to seniors in their homes, the Home Care Program is comprised of four units:

    • Medicaid Personal Care
    • Medicaid Aged and Disabled Waiver
    • Grant Program
    • Private Pay

Medicaid Personal Care – A program that provides caregiver services to the Medicaid eligible that are in need of assistance with activities of daily living.

Medicaid Waiver – A program that provides caregiver services to the elderly and disabled. These services include assistance with personal care, household chores and activities of daily living.

Grant Program – A program that is based on a sliding scale fee according to the clients income. This program provides caregiver services to individuals who are in need of assistance with activities of daily living.

Private Pay – A program that provides assistance with personal and/or chore services to individuals requiring assistance with activities of daily living.
